Free Standard Ground Shipping is on orders of $250 or more. Free shipping only applies to the Continental U.S. lower 48 States. If an order is too large and must ship via Truck Freight then the free shipping does not apply. See "Freight Orders" below for additional information. Free shipping does not apply to any wholesale orders.
We do not ship to APO addresses, PO Box addresses, Canada or Internationally. We do not ship orders COD.
Orders may take 1-2 business days before shipping after payment has been processed. We try to process and ship all orders the same day the order was placed if the order date fell on a business day. Allow 3-7 business days for items that we do not have in stock at the time of your order. We reserve the right to choose the shipper (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
Expedited Shipping
Products packaged in an aerosal can cannot be shipped via Air, therefore anything other than Ground cannot be used as a shipping method. If an aerosal can product is shipping to Hawaii then the order must go Parcel Post via United States Postal Service (USPS) since it goes by Boat instead of Air. FedEx Ground cannot be used for aerosal products to Hawaii due to the final leg of shipping (California to Hawaii) is via air.
Freight Orders
All items over 70 lbs. or that are considered "Oversized" by UPS and FedEx must ship by truck, please allow 3 to 7 days for truck deliveries. All truck shipments are curbside delivery; upgraded services such as lift gate and inside delivery can be purchased for additional costs. If you require lift gate services there will be an additonal charge of $160.00 per product or per pallet. Example: If your order is for one item that has to be sent freight and you need lift gate services then the $160 would apply to that product. If your order is for several items that can ship on one pallet, then the $160 would apply to the pallet and not for each product.
SALES TAX: All orders shipped within Florida will be charged Florida State Sales Tax.
SHIPPING ERRORS
If Wholesale Parts and Tools makes a shipping error by shipping an incorrect part number then complete the form found on the Returns page within 5 business days of receiving the product(s) to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). The RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Once the return is received and inspected a replacement will be shipped. The product must be returned within 14 days or customer will be charged.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages prior to accepting delivery. If an item is damaged complete the form found on the Returns page within 5 business days of receiving the product(s) to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). The RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s). Once we receive the damaged product, a replacement will be shipped.
BACKORDERS
If an item is backordered it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. All other items that are on the order and are in stock will be shipped upon receiving payment.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you refuse an order or if you cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be charged an additional 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs.
