Return Policy

Wholesale Parts and Tools is a distributor of new parts, tools and equipment. The manufacturer's warranty/service on their product(s) will be in place and outlined by the manufacturer. If a manufacturer’s product fails while under its warranty, the end user must contact the manufacturer. Your invoice will serve as proof of purchase.

If a manufacturer’s product fails outside of the warranty period it is the end user’s responsibility to work directly with the manufacturer for service and repair.

The Return Policy of Wholesale Parts and Tools is as follows:

All returns must be authorized by Wholesale Parts and Tools within 14 days of receipt of order prior to returning. Complete the Return Form to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s) being returned. Any returns not authorized by Wholesale Parts and Tools will be refused. Merchandise must be returned in its undamaged original packaging and must be in resellable condition. The return must be authorized within 14 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of customer receiving it. All authorized returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. All shipping costs boh coming and going are the customer's responsibility. Shipping must be prepaid or the shipment will be refused.

SOFTWARE: Software is not returnable
OPENED BOXES: When a product has been returned and we find that it has been used for any reason you will not receive refund and any fees/costs incurred will be charged to your credit card.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are not returnable.

SHIPPING ERRORS
If Wholesale Parts and Tools makes a shipping error by shipping an incorrect part number, complete the Return's Form within 5 business days of receiving the product(s) to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). The RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s). Once the return is received and inspected a replacement will be shipped. The product must be returned within 14 days or customer will be charged.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages prior to accepting delivery. If an item is damaged complete the Return's Form within 5 business days of receiving the product(s) to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). The RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s). Once we receive the damaged product, a replacement will be shipped.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If an item is defective you must contact WP&T within 14 days of receipt of order and it must be returned to WP&T within 30 days after speaking with a customer service representative. Once we receive & inspect it and we find that the product is not defective, been used by the customer or has been damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued. If product is truly defective then a replacement will be sent. If replacement product is unavailable due to being discontinued or out of stock then a refund less shipping charges will be issued.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you refuse an order or cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be charged an additional 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs.
